Most Texans don’t know that they have the power to choose who provides them with electricity.  These people remain with electricity companies that have been serving them for many years.
We suspect these may be the reasons:

• They like paying high electricity bills
• They have been living in a cave for the last 5 years
• They like donating their money to the “electricity fund”
• They have not heard of the “buzz”

We are not certain to their reasons but we do know that consumers who exercise their power to choose have gotten reliable service at the cheapest rate.
